PROPERTY MANAGEMENT -

I've been a property manager of both residential and commercial properties for OVER 15 YEARS!  While I don't offer management services for properties owned outside my family, I can still help advise you as to whether you might be better off keeping and renting out your current home, instead of selling... and if you're looking to acquire a new investment property, I can help you run the numbers!  Real Estate is such a great LONG TERM INESTMENT!

Interior Design, CUSTOM HOME BUILD & Renovation Experience - 

Over the past 25 years, I've managed numerous large-scale property renovations and updates between tenants, and even custom home builds. From complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, exterior renovations such as roofing, windows, painting; to outdoor spaces and landscape design including pools, patios, and balconies; from big jobs to quick room refreshes - I've managed it all.  This gives me unique insight when it comes to getting your home ready for sale and the stress it can bring.  I have a talented and efficient team of local contractors I’ve vetted out over the years, that I can count on to get the job done the right way, the first time!  I’m here to help make that easy for you and guide you every step of the way. I have a great eye for interior and exterior design and help clients, friends, and neighbors often with their projects.

My Education -

While in my early 20's, I was a single mom and full-time student for many years... I learned first-hand how to work hard, be dedicated, passionate, and multi-task.  I obtained my Associate's in Arts with Highest Honors, Business Management, and Accounting Degrees from Ventura College.  

I ran my own bookkeeping business for nearly a decade, called Hillside Bookkeeping, with clients from Santa Barbara to Westlake Village.  You can count on me to be very professional, organized, timely, and detail-oriented; but I am also down-to-earth, creative, and easy to work with.  I'll see to it that the sale of your home, or purchase of your next home, is taken care of professionally and seamlessly.

Did you know?

I'M ALSO A HEART ATTACK SURVIVOR! When I was just 37 years old, I survived a rare form of pregnancy-related heart attack called a SCAD: Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection, only 10 days after the birth of my third child.  Having no prior health conditions and nearly dying has given me a unique appreciation for life and dedication to my family, my friends, my hometown, and my business - I share my story of survival as often as possible in hopes that someday, it may save a life! 

 

I take pride in helping others - Some of my favorite local organizations include The City Center, Tender Life Maternity Home, Food Share, American Heart Association, Ventura Land Trust, SPARC: Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center, Community Memorial Hospital (without them, I wouldn’t be here), and 805 Community for Children, just to name a few… Being a Realtor® helps me network and serve our community in a big way!  It's important to me to give to those in need and help people make their dreams a reality -
